Your chimera expired on sept 2015. So whats the problem !??!? Renewing our box support doesnt renew chimera

They are working on it. Its an issue on chimera side and will be fixed. As we speak the work is on progress

That is exactly my point. Its not yet expired. But I cant open the program, it is saying I have to extend my licence. But it is not yet September 2015

Well I dont use a Username and Password. I baught pack 13 which gave me access to Chimera using Furious. No login required
