Box Username FGBOXS1478
Box Serial Number 6F298B23

Sometime have a trouble (whit credits) whit Ciocarlan but solve and all clearly in this time

sow .... not use credits and some time my card is blocked (see this post)

check my case and have not use my account by 6 months and finaly unlock and activate in converzations #16 17, 18, 19 whit anterior post or init whit this

in this activations my card decrement year support credits activations but have credits but now try to use credits and not have active support and not have credits

What happen in mi card???

21/03/2019 you renew automatic my credits in furious Account decrement

the problem .... what happend my credits??? lost money???

Pls reply ASAP.

I check and all is ok. You only had to press renew button since your support was expired since long time. Credits are visible and all
