i try to unlock dell streak mini 5 but software always show this error

This device it's strongly based on user speed doing the instructions and do them correctly. So read the steps and be sure you do it quite fast. We are sorry but for this phone the error comes from your way of doing

i almost do all the procedure with in 10 sec.bro tell me how much time i need to do unlock this device?????????/

i read all thereds about dell streak unlocking.And also watch the video on youtube there is no msg pop up after (decoding data and saved backup.bin file) i think its bug in new amdo exe.i already check the driver is good. and in port setting it shows like this(qualcomm HS-usb diagnostics 9002-jrd (62)

Can you tell me the firmware ver of u r phone ? must have 2.2.1 will work
