i understand we need to pay for upcoming updates but for those who havent renew 1 year at least it is fair to be allowed to change packs during "Happy day" for older softwares.because we paid for those packs.kindly consider this sir.

Devices banned are the ones that didn't renew the support for more then 2.5 years. So to conclude you didn't renewed the support for 2.5 years + 1 year free support. ~4years of updates. I think is more then decent.

It is not right, mine is 1 year old is not working.
My opinion we should not be banned for not updating, Furious should let us use old versions.

Understand this rule is automated. Your dongle was activated more then 3.5 years ago. Can check that yourself on the support.

Hack3r my friend I think this was a wrong move from FuriousGold Team.
If you can see this is one of the most valued box, but now as on the past people have talked trash about you and your team as onother team witch only see $$$.
This was a pretty good reason for those to say that.
Even if this team goes to trash box should work fully regardless from having or not connection witch with FG it doesn't happen.
Another instance is that Furious could stop people of acessing to Support and that I could agree with but privat them from using a product that they have bought in some cases wit country taxes witch makes this box acend to more than 400 euros and blocke them from a tool witch they aquired and was never fully usable because of the lack of space on dongle in order to store all licence pack's key is a very bad solution.
You talk about other tools
So I give you an example
My UFS Tornado has more then 6 years and is fully working she just can't work with new samsung android phones but it is fully usable and I also have a UFST for those.
My Z3X Box is fully usable and after a few years I only bought Pro Activation and that Team does not charge any support yearlly fee.
My JAF Box or My Ckey is fully usable although team has gone.
And I have other examples from other boxes I have as Fexix, MXKey, and others.
For others to do it wrong doesn't mean you are right making the same as them!!!
This is a way I think will make you lose more than you earn.
If I new this would have happen this year 3 years Ago I would have bought other tool instead if I was begining to work with unlocking.
I was new at this box but had already others.
And some new boxes I have as for example NCK Box give code calculation, new updates regulary and with just half yearly support from your team.
Due to this Price policy I didn't bought Micro Box and today on the market there are a few good quality tools and sadly I see FUriousBox downgrading on quality.
Pack 7 is what it is! In my opinion very poor.
Pack 9 I bought and just used 2 unlocks (25$ spent) and other request all gave no code, and suddendly there is no more pack 9 and 10.
Pack 12 is a desgrace because furious doesn't even has a good quality Samsung Cable set unlocker have to buy Z3X Set or other with same Pinout.
And there is more wrongs on this all mess.
But I respect you and know you are a good guy and have hope this is a policy that will be over soon
Otherwise you and your team will loose clients due to some areas and I know some there is no volume to pay all the crap this box asks.
Even I witch have some good value with my server am strating to prefer server to this kind of solutions when I have 90% of all box's on market.
And If I payed activations, support, renewals and all that bull... I would have to work a few month only to pay all that.
For this Box if a person summs all they spent more than 100$ yearly, this without talking about Chimera Tool
Since for remote unlocking theire must be a fully yearlly licence and credits
And if support not active there's no Remote unlocking, no pack changes
And no ability to use credits if they have on their account.
Now Just a question
For those witch have their Box without support for over a period of 5 years do they have to buy again all packs and support?

You forgot one small important thing. All the boxes mentioned blocked access to using latest software while we let out users to use these in past 4 years without a single payment. Can make the different between using 4 years old softs and being able to use latest sw always ?! And yes our time is valuable. Topic closed

PACK 7 support latest models released on market and what isnt supported by it is supported by PACK5 and 6 for free
PACK9 and 10 still works for old users in limited mode until it expires and in worst case you will recover what you paid for it. Is not my fault you activated too late. Other used it for years.
PACK12 is made by an external developer. It supports latest phones incl S6. And you just complain without ever posting any log on forum.

And one one user need tio spend yearly is 69$ if he wants its support active . Thats 5.75usd per month. If thats a huge sum what i can say

And we wont change change any policy. As you saw our support license and packs stuff got implemented by most of the boxes
