Just restart pc and remove all usb bugs in your system and update again. Hope problem will be solve .

If after format is same then theres nothing to do then send it for replace to ur resaller ! Other fault could be caused by soem antivirus/firewall or even internet problem.

can i transfer pack 5 to my other box..and year suport too..
is there any certain period of warrenty bec as i remeber its one of the beginers box at time FG was launched...(can i still get replacement)
as it will take time to send back for replace...
