Their hack said he will work on new security but, new security will keep coming. So, he said exactly "NOTE: We still dont support all simlocks in our pack 4 and we will never do since new ones allways appear. Also we dont claim stupid things as all new security supported but we try add support when we can for free." As do not expect that people read the webpage for FAQ I don't expect aswell that people may read about it before purchase any new pack.
