doro 611 unlocking error

hello team i trying to unlock doro 611 but its giving me this error

COM opened ok;
Phone must be powered off;
Keep pressing the power button if serial used !
(for USB connection keep SPACE or * (STAR) key pressed and insert the usb cable)
Connecting;
Meta mode entered;
Baseband Chip: MT6253, E04
Sw version: YACHT-S08A_DORO611_L18EN_202_120814
Hw Version: CKT53_6432_E1_10A_HW

You selected correct model from list ? Huawei/Doro/Verykool MTK (SERIAL/USB) or Zte/Telenor R240/Alcatel 639G/Doro (SERIAL/USB)? Try again

yes i did right option i did one before as well without any error but dont know about this one why its giving error.
