OT-A392G is supported. Whatever phone you try to connect is not that. Probably you have an A382 !!!

i have alcatel A392G but when itry unlck i have this
Using library Brom_DLL_v5.1428.0
COM opened ok;
Press power and keep it pressed now !
ERROR: Wrong model selected !

i tried All model A329 but the same report but model A382 not found in list of software

Was a typo error. WAs referring at all A392 variants. Are you sure of the model you have ? Can you post its imei ? Does it ask an unlock code ?

So select the OT-A392G from teh models list. From the logs you posted you select something else
