e900 cant unlock - GSM-Forum

hello

I have a Lg e900 which is puk locked. I went through procedures
1. POWER ON THE PHONE WITHOUT USB CABLE ATTACHED.

2. IN CALL WINDOW INPUT ##634# AND CLICK “CALL” BUTTON. AFTER
THIS, “MFG” APPLICATION WILL BE AVALIABLE IN THE LIST OF APPLICATION.

3. EXECUTE MFG AND INPUT PASSWORD 277634#*# – YOU WILL ENTER ENGINEER MENU.

4. GO TO ENGINEER MENU –> PORT SETTINGS –> USB SWITCHING AND SELECT “QC COMPOSITE”.

5. AFTER REBOOTING, CONNECT THE CABLE AND INSTALL DRIVERS. [LGUnitedMobileDriver_S498MA22_WHQL_ML_Ver_2.2.exe ON SUPPORT]

When I scan ports it finds normaly LG Mobile Usb Serial port but it desent read the phone

Software engine version: 1.0.0.8727
Searching phone ...

Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:16

I mean it recognized the ports. But software doesnt read the phone. all the dricers has been installed.I tried In two different pc in two different systems. One xp on windows7 I choosed LG Mobile Usb Serial port( the only port that been detected without ticking enable all num)

But all the previous steps are done correctly or any issue when doing the pre-procedure

A user said that had to activate win diag to work, maybe it's the same for you...

how to activate win dag. I have Only LG USB Mobile Modem activatet not diag port
