Error Message "no card reader/s found" Furious Light Dongle - GSM-Forum

Hey Furious Team

I have just purchased a Furious Light Dongle with Pack 4 activated for BlackBerry from a reseller.

I received in the mail my dongle and have downloaded the latest maintenance software but am having no luck running any installation or setup to get it working.

Every time i try to run the maintenance software it pops up with an error window which says "no card reader/s found"

I am using an Asus laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.

Any help appreciated

try to unplug any in usb hub.

right click on maintenance >> run as administrator
