ERROR- No card reader(s) found - any ideas - GSM-Forum

I have just recieved new furious gold today, have activated it on furious-gold.com and got email back, installed software/devise drivers etc.. no when i go to maintance tool, i get this message? i need to solve this asap, i have big quantity of handsets ready. Any help ?

You use Win Xp/2K ? If so usb cable sure is connected and works properly ? Try reset pc after drivers isnatll and reconnect usb cable.

Download 'FuriousGold Smart Card drivers' from support area.
Install it. And retry.

All will be ok.

I have tried this yesterday many/many times... it did not work, but today when i arrived in the office it worked 1st time...

also happened here after using new maintenance...just restart or plug FG box to other USB port.

One thing I noticed, this error happens once in a while. Hope it will be fixed and looked thru soon.

also check smartcard devices in device manager

I use win 7 for furious gold box - when install maintenance inform that error no card reader(s) found so how can i solve that problem?

BE sure you run teh program as admin. Be sure no card readers, usb sticks, cards attached to the pc
