Tell me exactly name of the folder backup, ot Backups - both not working.
Even made a folder inside SAMSUNG , again not work.
Even folder Galaxy S4 Mini , as the new phone i am doing now, again not working

its called Backups. If any error post here. Be sure you read soft info on the right and that the phone is rooted
