Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
Phone detected (SCI Anroid USB2Serial)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM100];
Mobile type: SPRD3
Connected;
Starting;
FDL sent;
Syncing;
Loader version: (c)2014, FuriouSTeaM GSM DEVELOPEMENT
Chip type: 6531 FdlStat: 0001
Starting auth;
HW IMEI : 000000-00-000000-0
ERROR: HW INFO;

any advice

chek driver and procedure on suport site regards install corect restrart pc and try

i manege to connect phone using nyx 305 model, now phone is unlocked but colors on screen are inverted here is memory dumb of working phone but locked i wonder if we can fix this problem

now i write firmware dumb on unlocked phone and phone is dead

i read dumb with another tool and writed back and now phone is alive

You must write NYX_XYN_306_EN_PT_ES-2PATCHED.spd in order to unlock it

is that a new firmware cause i already use that file and phone looks with inverted colors, as i told you before i manege to connect phone using nyx 305 model but using the firmware you suggest but i get that error with the screen

Try to read until imei is shown in the log. Then you will know the dump is ok
