dear supporter im trying to unlock alcatel ot 4015t but always get error on software

using library brom ddl.v7.1413.5
error boot_phone

how can i fix this
i tried to connect phone powered off
and powered on
but with no success

Try with Vroot 1.7.9.9273

For Kingo i need a better internet connection than the 2Kb/s ...in a good day... that i have now i use vroot because it's offline...
