i have a zte f188 for unlock, here is log

at begin with invalid sim ask for code, i enter code, says phone unlocked, pres ok for restart, but after that i can enter menu but still shows on screen "Invalid (U)sim"

what is the problem?

what is the problem?

Try restart phone few times and reunlock. If same i have no ideea and need to have the handset.

10x for reply, problem is solved. i done what you told me but same result. after leting me try all solution customer asked me if is not posible to be from the sim cause he did not used it for almoust one year, even i asked it if sim is ok.
