F320 flashing problem

Dear fg admin team
i got 1 phone zte f320 for unlocking ,but that phone unlock counter was blocked
i tryed for unlocking its error , after that i have done flashing but its stoped half flashing,, below id log pls give me a solution

2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
