Plz also make a support column only for resellers .... where only reseller can post there problem or ask for any help not for end users so that we can directly contact u or any other member for help ......

if you buy box from our site it's already PRE-activated when you received it. If not simply contact your reseller.

Please also give some liberty to resellers to use account without any box ... just simply login on website with user id & password .........

I got myself in problem by paying activation money(119 euro) through western union on furious-gold.com.It is now more than a week that i am waiting activation pack 9 with 1 year support,i can not use my box for now.At first i got confirmation that my order will be process in the nest 24 hours.I wrote stevi furiousteam.com but just reply sometime that he got my message that he will reply me as soon as possible without doing any thing.I will be happy to get my money back if activation is not possible...this is no kind enough...i

This team is not 100% reliable, I had some money in my reseller account, transfered a bit more to one of them so he can add it to my account, when I check the account again the values don't add up, the amount there is less than what it had before plus what was transfered.
They tell me everything is ok, and to check my history. I check it and doesn't work, no history available. Don't trust these guys!
