if the phone is in black list, I can not know until they unlock.
to lock it and return it to the customer must flash the phone takes a long time.

if the phone has to go in for service is better to be blocked

If you can not do as I have always done ... full flash.

Well may be he thinks that custome rwill ask him to relock incase he fails to pay
