i got my box active with speical offer and pack 4 from my reseller pack is active and i am using fine but on my acount for pack 4 it says order pending pay now plz fix this problem

and the secnd problem is with vip area for i phone i field form and sent weak ago but all the time i get this message

and i cant download ap on my i phone so plz sort that thanks

yes why is showing not paid which i already paid for pack 4 and speical offer is well both paid but on acount this errer??

can you post here payment details please ? Are you sure you paid on the site ? Or you paid to your reseller ?

i paid to reseller sir gsm workshop manchaster uk for speical offer and for pack 4 but packs are active i can use pack 4 but status on my acount is pending which enoyes me so plz fix that thanks

the status of this order is pending because you didn't paid it online. As your box was activated from your reseller this order has nothing to do with him.

as i said i didnt activated my acount i got from reseller and also how u can activate pack with out paying ?? i got all done from my reseler i talked about this with him he said its there system errer so plz try to understand and sort this thanks
