To do what? This is a proper response from the support team?

Kindly ask you to reply with constructive solutions, not trying to send the customers to walk from one person to other without solving their problems.

I contacted said ovidegsm and to post on the forum to solve the problem-----I wanted to enable root timpu pak 1 to 5 << cin job he is doing , and recording pak format >> I had a lg usb 's disconnection and passed, then make the problem ami

And whats the problem ? Press DO JOB to get it repaired. And it didnt got desd because any formating. It got dmaged because you removed it while updating it. Once repaired you can program the packs normally.
