Why i cant use my credits old and new credit hey give some info

resolved my problem pls......im taking time too much and i wait too long and then nothing again....

see the screen shots it took so long

hack3r2k will give you refill but each time you play with counters and with format option the string changes so you can request it but it's going to be different.
