I guess it's UTStarcom GTX75 and seems to use a Qualcomm OS so, maybe got Qualcomm processor.

Can confirm Qualcomm, but it's an old phone.

089999945, try to do a dump me with AMDO soft, phone powered on and connected with original usb cable

i have rj45 but haven't usb
