FURIOUS DONGLE cannot updte - GSM-Forum

dear furious team my furious dongle cannot update with 3 packs only 2 packs update at the same time but last two weak ago it's working fine at 3 packs here is updating logs

first format all Dongel then update it..ok

many times i format but same error each time my dongle ask for email address giving write address but when i try to update in 3 packs updating fail interesting thing is in 2 packs updating ok
