I'm facing the same error. I've tried to update the packs i'm using since like forever and got a banned reply. I haven't reactivated my furious account for quite a long while, but it always worked during happy days and it was perfectly fine for me since i used Furious only few times a month.

Is it because i did not activated my account for so long (and if so, will extending support unban it) or it's something else?

Actually I think that's your problem. You've been using your box for so long without renewing support. A lot of people have the same problem. Simply renew your service. Hack should make a sticky so people will know that you can go so long without renewing your account.
