every time a wanted to download any part of an up to date software a click on it a get hack attempt can any one help me with , the box is brand new and it has still got few month before it expires

Try to download the software you need by doing this:
1) Click go to support on maintenance module.
2) Click Download area
3) Now find the software you need and click the download button to the right.

Which browser do you use? Try to use Chrome or Firefox. Also this issue can be because of low connection

I'm having same issue. HACK ATTEMPT
i am not new and i use other browser as well but still same. please help.
