hi i got a furious gold with pack activated 1 to 9 all pack are working good but when trying to open pack 1 modules its doing nothing only one module i can open is LGKE but reset of all modules are not opening can any body help me regarding this.

its only when i double click on module like on LGSMC(LG 3G) its not opening giving no error nothing
