I cannot open maintenance because the dongle has a mistake after formatting mr hack he(she) said to me that this solucionaria in the near(next) maintenance please help me I am 3 months old without being able to use my box.

Already I put in touch with hack3r2k but he said that my connection was low that waits for new maintenance to repair my box
