I order the Furiuos Upgrade Package on 06-Sept n make payment by paypal on the same day. I had confirm with steve from furious say that the payment is confirmed but until now i received nothing from furios team. I email them many times but still no reply. Beware of them .... Just be careful anyone wan to upgrade their fuios box II to gold.
This is the way they threat their customer n how they support their box.

why not just send a personal email or IM Him from here. I'm sure it was a simple mistake and will be sorted. Dis-respect prob wont help your case.

This team is not cheaters, belive me, may be they are too busy. Contact them via ICQ, Sonork, etc.

The Words "BIG Cheaters" is becoming like an icon in this forum. Pls stop stamping them on ppls face anyhow.
I know 13 days is too much for you to hold your anger but FURIOUS TEAM are hard working team. They may be busy (as the rest say). But never cheaters.

PS: FT try attend to customers pls. (13days isn't small time in business)

i got my GOLD from them a little longer than 13 days, but I DID receive it ... they are not cheater ....

Even they r so busy, cant they just reply my mail and after i make payment they even confirmed that ' PAYMENT RECEIVED n Dongle will sent by tomorrow' so i keep waiting about 2 weeks.This is just a blank promise to the customer.
What i wan is at least u let me know u r busy or out of stock or whatever...
dont just sit there n be quite.
How u feel when people pay the money just nothing happen , no reply...

Steve , I have sent u the message but still got no reply. Maybe is the mail problem again. Could u pls give me the track no here n when u sent. Today is 25-Sept i been waiting one week since u say u sent the parcel.

To everyone this is the promise they give...We sent today.. but i received nothing...
