Well the problem it's because you formatted your box, so post new refill and next time do not format, it's not our fault. I already said 100 times to format only when needed, if you want more, check my youtube channel

I only formatted my box 1 time only when pack4 and pack 5 was released.
And now is the time only when im going to use my free treo credits. how can i solve this problem? Do I need formatt again box and ask refill again? Coz when I log in at support I do not have any transfer credits?

oh no same with mine i formatted my card because b4 i use pack 4 and 5 in one update,

but after the new edition of bb louie edition pack 5 and 4 won't update firmware because of low space memry so i format my card but still low memry,

pack 5 and 4 must be separated wahuhuhuhu!!!!
