Ive emailed everyone and messaged who ive been told to message trying to get a refund and pack 12 removed off my box and i have been ignored?

Was wrong pack and I dont want or need it.... i msged the furious team not even 4 hours after making the purchase and furious team steve on here with ZERO response... I just want this taken care of already
