is there any way to change firmware from EE_UK to Virgin_UK, i have tried to change firmware from EE_UK to Virgin_UK, but when phone restarts it freezes on main screen, touch doesn't work at all, not even the button..

try factory resetting it from recovery

i have done everything but phone didn't work, but when i installed EE_UK firmware, phone worked perfectly without any touch problem.. is there any other way to install different firmware on this phone, so it could be unlocked??

Have patience for few more days . Close to complete unlock for those firmwares as well
