This Huawei Mate 9 wasn't possible to remove Huawei ID via standard connection due to Android 8 update, so...

Solution is simple:

1. Use FlyCaptainHuaweiResurrector_v30 [ or newnes ] .
2. Open phone and attach it with closed Testpoint to USB to see it like HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 in Device Manager.
3. On FlyCaptain go to Update OEMINFO tab, Mark "Use Bootloader" and "Update OEMINFO" and select needed data [ you can use filters to shrink selection depend of CPU and Model ]
