G1157 cant unlock/Help

Hi

im trying to unlock G1157 but nothing happen.

What to do?

connect phone powered on !
Start auth !
SW Ver: P1.2MB01V01.02
Imei: 356334036791***
Getting config data;
Done;
Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Platform: E-Gold Voice ...
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:01:48

yes, this is not Ufone...it is from TNM.In this case what is the suggestion?
