Clear cookies and cache. Stop firewall, make mozilla as default browser

i have clear cach erase cookie... desactive firewall and ... try on 2 computer usin firefox and allway same thing

somebody gives me new soft furious for blackberry : blackberry tool vivacity edition allways when i try to open the soft with furious dongle key connected : applet not found update using correct package.... what is the problem.... before the update all working well... please help me

Le premiere choose que tu dois faire est l'update du dongle avec pack 4. Apres utilises v1.0.0.1200

l'utilisation mantanace de mettre à jour le pack que vous souhaitez utiliser ... et après que l'utilisation de Firefox 6.0.2 Configuration et allez à soutenir et à télécharger la dernière version du pack logiciel que vous avez téléchargé
