This Blackberry is PROTOTYPE: it say NOT FOR SALE
When I read from furious Gold it wont read the codes

and then I tried to use PRD method but is not supported

I tried to unlock via server and the code provided by the server is this codes:
MEP2:3403941339146368 MEP2:4320948907010129 MEP2:2274228434788480.
but didn't work all three codes

the problem is that I do not know how to read the MEP, this will be my last resort to unlock it

Try this (hold Alt+CAPS and press H. then use this program How To Read Blackberry MEP Name | Light Speed Unlocking
