{Hack3r2k please reply here} V360 unlock ok but not accepting the code 8x (Zero)

Hello,
i have a problem while unlocking my phone vodafone smart 2 (V360)
i have installed the software correctly and got as followed the sucess message.
unlock ok .jpg
by software instructions i should put 8x (zero) when it prompts for unlock code but if i enter that phone promts wrong code

so kindly i ask mr: Hack3r2k to check with me by teamviewer.

i have tried that solution today not worked for me.
now the phone is also not accepting the existing card vodafone also.

Because you must reset phone and read code again

i made hard reset by pressing volume up + pwr and wipe data after read code again
still not accepting code

*983*57# is for reset and you must read code again

reset code does not work.
PS: this phone is locked to vodafone NL it is from the nederlands
are you sure it can be unlocked ?

yes i tried this code nothing does apper in phone when i put it.
i put this without simcard when the phone is fully turned on
and also i used the smart 2 automated bat.file to flash it

Man you must have restricted sim inside !!! Then the phone will ask for the unlock code. If it doesn't means its already unlocked

Sir i am in unlocking sinds 2006 i know what i am doing with softwares.
i use fourous gold sinds 3 years phone is asking for unlock code
i made read code with furous gold it should normally reset the unlock code to 8 x 0 but if i check and put the code 8 times it shows in NL language onjuiste code which means in english wrong unlock code.
and as you said to flash it with the files you mentioned i did that aswell i used the bat file from this post : http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/8839441-post15.html
and after flashing u said to make reset by this code: *983*57# but the code does not work so i did hard reset by pressing volume up and pwr then the phone comes in recovery mode and then i am able to wipe it.
i dont think this phone has a secret menu it is android based.
so i think solution does not work correctly or maybe it does not work by the phone version which i have.
