Having an issue with BB Torche 9800

Hello, Im still very new with FG box and software, I went to unlock a BB Torche 9800 today and the FG website tells me to use USB cable FGOLD-031 however it will not fit...but I see a cable thats not usb its ethernet and it fits torch, it was cable FGOLD-067 however when i try to look up that cable I cannot find any info on it...i have not been able to unlock a phone yet....is there a place that can give me instructions that actually work?

I had the same problem as yours bro. After a while, I discovered that you don't need to use any of those cables. Just use the original USB data cable that comes with your Blackberry.

Good luck.
