Having problem with LG Shark Codes Calculator


Hi

I'm having a bit of a problem with LGCC.
I'm trying to unlock LG-P500, but i always get the same message from the software :
Code:
Searching phone;
[*] Phone must be powered on;
[*] Phone display must be lighted;
[*] If USB is beeing used then MODEM port must be selected;

Cannot open then selected port !
Time needed - 00:00:01
I've already turned on USB Debugging, i've already choosed the MODEM port and also tried with the "LGE Android Platform USB Serial Port".
Can someone please explain the unlock process for this phone (although i think i'm not doing anything wrong in here)

Be sure no lg sync soft started or any other soft that could open the ports. Try few times aswell.

Thanks for your answer
After a few times pressing "Do Job", it start to read the phones. Sometimes it does read, and sometimes it does not.
But now i'm having another problem.... when it does read the phone, returns me an error checking server authorization.
I've checked, and the pack 9 isn't activated yet.
Can you please solve this for me Mr. hack3r2k ?
My Box ID is : 81D47032, and the Paypal transaction ID is : 07914118GH144144M

by the way.... this problem only happens with Windows 7.
With Windows XP it works smooth.

But now, when the software tries to connect to server it always gives me an error when Checking server authorisation.

All OK now.
It works right at first press "Do Job", no need to try several times, but only for Windows XP.... In Windows 7 it doesn't read the phone (driver issues ???)

Update android crap drivers with ones from support. For me no such issue. Probably you still have the old ones.

For LG, wich one do you recommend (there are so many in support)
i already tried "LGAndroidDriver_WHQL_ML_Ver_1.0_All_Win7.exe" , but had the same result.
