hd2 fail to unlock - GSM-Forum

i have htc with folowing info which i want to unlock but keep getting errors

pb81120 hx-b3
spl-2.080000 8g xe

i get this error when i unlock

Starting cab upload;
Preparing to install;
Checking installed file;
Leo SSPL found;
Starting SSPL;
Running HTCActiveSyncKill();
Waiting HTC USB Sync;
Note: Reconnect USB if device isn't detected in 5s;
SSPL not started or USB init failed;
Time needed - 00:00:44

i disconnect phone and connected several times.

try to reflash your phone and try again

its customer phone. I be able to unlock it using xtc clip.

this guy got my same problem what can i do to fix it??????

the display goes black but the procedure doesnt continue,if i need to flash it with what am i supposed to flash it?????

and HOW???

If the display goes black means u have the unsupported hardware version
