i have manage to solve it....

can any one help how do i unlock this itel it2100 with this tool couse when i try i got these error


Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
Phone detected (@oem87.inf,%dc_diag%;SPRD U2S Diag)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM91];
ERROR: Sync failed;
