HIIIIIIIIIIIIII STEVE MY PACK 2 and 5 NOT work and i have full activation lg please solve this blem

same here ,i have 2 fuirous boxes full activated and were working very well but today got this problem cant update pack2 and 5 fg team plz fix this problem , thx

Now all must be ok. FGSMART1090has not PACK 4 and 5 activated.
