hello furious team and users need help


i have furious gold and 20 usd credit can ai remove frp for huawei vns l31
because when i try to do it Insufficient credits! on support i have 20 usd

hola buen dia compre la box furiuos gold ya la registre pero no he podido usarla y cuando entro a los modulos y los voy activar me dice que compre la version normal, y cuando me la vendieron me dijeron que venia con todos los modulos, gracias al que pueda ayudarme
