i'm using latest version and i update my box but i can't open the module

i got furious dongle,i get this same problem,i try to update pack 1 but no luck,i cant open programme,any1 got solution

First user problem it's written in maintenance.

DONGLE MEMORY IS SMALLER THAN REQUIRED IN YOUR SELECTION. This means you must do the following steps

1. Format box
2. After format select desired pack to update and update without close maintenance. (Only two packs allowed). If no mistakes close maintenance
