Help dongle not found????? [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

i updated samsung pack to v1.0.1.7 now all i get is no dongle found and when i try to update pack it says
Programmed OK !
Update finished !
Time needed - 00:00:24

WHEN I TRY TO LIST PROGRAMMED PACKS IT SAYS:
PACK(S) PROGRAMMED ON DONGLE:
PACK 12 UNACTIVATED

HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM??????
OTHER PACKS ACTIVATE ONLY SAMSUNG PACK NOT WORKING

Start PACK12 software and activate it . See this video

this does not solve the problem, when i try to start pack 12 it still says dongle not found. How can I start pack 12 when it says dongle not found. It worked one time

Right click on the exe and run it as administrator

I did this, it actually worked quite fine the 1st few times I used it on my laptop. No problems on my desktop, how can i reinstall dongle, want to do full uninstall

Not much to uninstall. Drivers are generic

Well try to format and then retry to program packs.Put the log here so we can verify information. Maybe dongle has some problems

it works quite fine at my office but my laptop home has issues with it at times, works sometimes other times it does not, both running windows 7 64 bit
