yesterday I have a flash Alcatel 4033E, when finished, he returned to Panasonic T31 and walk on a chip, it does not take in charge the sim 2, I have another firmware download, he refuses to flash it not boot I have re download other firmware that is the same, the client stresses me, so I give it as if was what is your problem imei to that fact helped me pls

I had to repair imei, I try to repair his not work, I have firmware download on the support, for flashed after it is displayed panasonic t 31, and this is one chip that works, then it's phone who walk on two, I have to try to explain to the client that he used as his, he refused, he asked me to give as before, I have another firmware download on the support, when I flash it displays error, I have download another is the same, now what?
