plz help me , i know is my problem , but i ask you to help me .
i add 169 bling to my box to active pack 13 + support
and by mistake i select pack 12 + support
if you can help me , and change activation from pack 12 to pack 13

You bought pack 12 + support in 2014 so nothing to refund there and pack13 you already have and i added the support too using the left balance
