but i can't

i try DC-unlocker but he dont work

this info for modem

Found modem : 29
IMEI : 356121053007906
Firmware : 100.V05.004.0000.H8ACQJMCR
Compile date / time : Apr 22 2013 12:06:57
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM6290

because My internet is Very slow ( 2G ) Skype Dont Work
