help me furious team - GSM-Forum

I bought a new tool box from act GSM before 2 week ago full activation.Untill now i can,t upgrade pack4 or pack5.when i ever i asked from reseller what i have problem so he replied later on.he said its problem from Furious team.now i m going give u information abt my box
No:FGOLD-4C8288EC.
plz i m really thanksfull to Furious team if you help.let me know how i can solve my this problem,really i m getting now lots problem from my customer coz trust of Furious team.don,t let my break trust at Furious team.please help me as soon as possible

Box doesnt have any paid packs. Contact ur resaller !
