Help me please!!! 2 orders lost!

Hi im Jose N. from mexico.

I have two problems with some orders.

First OrderID 17756 With Tracking number 1229057244 was sent on Feb. 4, and DHL Confirs the loss on Feb 26...

OrderID 18216 with Tracking number 1229057244 was sent on March 15, but DHL says that this tracking number does not appear in their database...

Yesterday i received an email from FuriousTeam:

I called DHL Mexico, DHL USA, DHL Hong Kong, but they said "Your package its lost, the sender has to start a claim loss"

I call to steve but only said me "Send an email to me with details" and the in the email says that it is urgently contact DHL, but i dont know who i have to contact because everybody y DHL whas their hands.

I never received any email for 1229057244.

and the second one you gave to me in the last message was 1528919884 and the CORRECT one its 1229057970 and still not appear in their database.
