Secure backup is for security repair not for codes generation ! Use this backup to make direct unlock on the phone by security rebuilding !

Hi,
1. Your error 3025 means PC tool open COM port failed. Please double check whether you installed the cable driver correctly, or whether you chose the right COM port.

2. Your handset's provider ID is AMO1X-2BRGES1, but the backup secure file what you used for unlock code generate is AMO1X-2XRGGB1.
They are different provider ID, for sure that you will get the wrong unlock code.
Ask your backup secure file request to below thread and wait some other user can share it to you.

Or check your cable issue and use real phone connection as work mode.
